 ½ cup Chives
 2 tbsp Tarragon
 ¼ cup Parsley
 ¼ cup Mint
 ½ cup Mayonnaise or greek yogurt
  cup Buttermilk
 2 Garlic cloves
 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
 2 tsp Capers
 1 pinch Salt
 2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into ½ inch pieces

IN a food processor or blender, puree chives, tarragon, parsley, mint, mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic, red pepper and capers.

ADD the meat to a large Ziploc bag or bowl and pour half of the marinade over the chicken, leaving the rest for dipping. Let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

PREHEAT a grill or cast-iron pan over medium heat.

PLACE chicken on skewers. Place skewers in a single layer on the hot grill or pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

SERVE skewers with a drizzle of marinade over a bed of veggies.
