 ½ cup Dressing (or sour-cream, salsa)
 1 cup Black beans
 1 cup Corn
 2 cups Cooked rice (white, brown or quinoa)
 2 cups Chopped grilled chicken (or beef)
 1 cup Diced tomatoes
 1 cup Avocado
 1 cup Romaine lettuce
 1 cup Spinach (red onion optional)
 Mozzarella cheese (optional)
 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
 ½ Lime - Juice
 4 oz 16oz Mason Jars

THE trick here is to keep the liquids on the bottom. So the first layer to go into the jar is your salsa or dressing.

NEXT layer should be your carbs. So either beans or rice, quinoa works great as well.

ADD whatever toppings you would like. The ingredients list above is for a Mexican themed jar but is so to keep you put in there whatever you would like. When you are ready to eat it, simply shake it up to get the dressing or liquids up to the top layer and enjoy!
