 5 Radishes
 ½ Small cucumber
 1 Handful of arugula
 1 Handful of watercress
 1 Handful of alfalfa sprouts
 1 Small handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
 1 Small handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
 ½ tsp Lemon Juice

CUT radishes and cucumber into very thin slices and place in a large bowl with the greens and herbs.

JUST before serving, pour over the flaxseed oil and lemon juice and toss together.

ADD desired protein.
