 1 cup Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt (regular/ 2%, avoid fat free)
 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
 1 tbsp Sweetner ( I use Stevia. Liquid or regular)
 1 tsp Honey
 Chocolate Chips or Cacao Nibs for topping ( I also like to add nuts)

MIX greek yogurt, coffee, sweetener, honey together in a bowl.

LAY wax paper inside of a 9x9 baking dish or size of your choosing.

SPOON greek yogurt mixture onto wax paper in a thin layer, being sure to spread evenly. Add chocolate chips or cacao nibs & any other toppings you would like.

FREEZE.

When frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!

NOTE: You can easily manipulate this recipe to fit your taste. Add banana slices and peanut butter for a chunky monkey type flavor.
